PROVINCIAL PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS 2008
After the National Launch of the Victims Charter in December 2007, all provinces are to intensify their public and awareness campaigns. The campaigns, which will include several activities hosted by all departments within the criminal justice system, will be launched throughout the month of March and April 2008.

COMMUNICATORS’ WORKSHOP ON THE VICTIMS CHARTER AND RELATED LEGISLATION
All Government Communicators’ (Internal as well as External Communication) are invited to attend a workshop to gain an understanding of what is the Victims Charter and new legislation. The workshop will be hosted by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development in consultation with Government Communication Information Services (GCIS).
