Potential suppliers will be required to have BBBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) credentials. It would also be required to submit a valid, original Tax Clearance Certificate and bank stamped Entity maintenance form. Suppliers need to indicate in which magisterial districts they are able to supply goods and/ or services. Please note however that the DoJ&CD reserves the right to give preference to local suppliers.

Interested parties can access supplier registration details through the website HYPERLINK "http://www.doj.gov.za". The forms need to be completed and submitted electronically. The balanced scorecard with regard to BBBEE credentials need to be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope together with the original valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Entity Maintenance form to the following address: Tender box, First Floor

Responses sent by post or courier must reach this office at least 36 hours before the closing date to be deposited into the Bid box. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your submission being treated as a “late response” and will not be considered.
