The Department Justice and Constitutional Development hereby invite interested parties to register on the database of suppliers for the following categories:
Potential suppliers will be required to have BBBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) credentials. It would also be required to submit a valid, original Tax Clearance Certificate and bank stamped Entity maintenance form. Suppliers need to indicate in which magisterial districts they are able to supply goods and/ or services. Please note however that the DoJ&CD reserves the right to give preference to local suppliers. Interested parties can access supplier registration details through the website HYPERLINK "http://www.doj.gov.za". The forms need to be completed and submitted electronically. The balanced scorecard with regard to BBBEE credentials need to be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope together with the original valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Entity Maintenance form to the following address: Tender box, First Floor The DoJ&CD are committed to the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000, the Public Finance Management Act 1999 and the Framework for Supply Chain Management. Responding to the request does not automatically qualify a supplier as a registered or preferred service provider.
